We recently learned of Gordy's passing. I began my teaching career at Maplewood Jr. High where Gordy was principal
and had all four of his children in my sixth grade classroom.
My sympathy goes out to the family.

So very sorry to hear of the passing of an old buddy. I didn't realize Gordy and I were 4 days apart in age---me first of course. He'd love that.
I'll always remember playing "buckets" at Marv's house and the "war evening" with the lights out and the only warning you had of invasion were the beer bottles being knocked over. You had to be there I guess. Some of you will remember. What? You mean freshmen weren't allowed to drink? Surely you jest.

On behalf of Riverside Players "Theatre in the Park", please accept my sympathy for your loss. I didn't know Gordon, when he was an active member of Riverside Players. However, I did have the pleasure of meeting him and chatting with him at the 50th Anniversary celebration in 2006. Thank you for sharing him with the Neenah Theatre Community.
With Warm Regards,
Laurie Olson
