Fond memories of Skip, as an apprentice I Remember his his constant refrain; "Ill be the judge of that..." I Remember how his sunglasses didnt fit, he used match sticks tucked in each side, looking like running lights. It has been such a long time. Nice to be reminded 15 yrs. after his passing.

After talking to my mother (Beverly) about my last post, I feel I should correct the record by saying, I lived with Uncle Skip while he lived in a house across from Washington Park, NOT in New Berlin as I stated. But my rememberance of the frog hunting expedition was factual.

Uncle Skip was one of my favorite people while growing up. He could always be counted on for a fun time. Living with him for awhile back in the 60's was a highlight of my life. I still remember his taking me to the "swamp" behind his house in New Berlin and teaching me how to catch Bull-Frogs. He will be missed - And he will be remembered.
