Irene Marie Ferencevich

Ferencevich, Irene Marie (Nee Grall) Died peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, March 18, 2010, at the age of 91 years, ending a long and blessed life. Irene was a devoted and loving wife of the late Joseph J. for over 40 years. She will always be remembered and dearly loved by her daughters, Sandra J. Emery and Linda J. (Ronald) Garcia; her cherished grandchildren, Deena Marie (Steven) Seiser, Kari Lyne (Scott) Krause, Jessica Season (Jedidiah) Pieniadz, and Joel Christopher Garcia; and her precious great-grandchildren Sydney, Devan, Sandra, and Damien Seiser, Haily, Morgan and Nathan Krause, Noah, Francesca, Elizabeth and Bernadette Pieniadz. She will be further remembered by her sisters, Dorothy Mohr and Mary Jean (Donald) Kaufmann, her brother Richard (Clara) Grall, numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends, all of whom Irene deeply treasured. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Grall; brothers, Aloysius, Raymond, Donald and Robert Grall. Visitation Tuesday, March 23, 2010, at Christ King Church, 2604 N. Swan Blvd., Wauwatosa, from 9:30 AM until the time of the Concelebrated funeral mass at 11 AM, followed immediately by a luncheon for family and friends. Private entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. Irene was an active parishioner, and dedicated volunteer at Christ King Church for over 50 years, where she made many lifelong friends. She was a crossing guard on 91st and Center St. in the 50's and 60's, and most recently worked at Christ King School as the "Copy Lady" where she especially enjoyed the children. She also was actively involved with the Young at Heart, and the Ladies of the Knights of Columbus Bishop Leo J. Brust Council 3702 for many years. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to her caregivers at Life Care Manor and Vitas Hospice at the Lutheran Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to Christ King School Fund, or the Knights of Columbus Foundation deeply appreciated.
