William John "Bill" Hockenhull, age 64, of Wautoma, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

He was born April 25, 1961, in Wauwatosa, WI, the son of John and Elaine Radliff Hockenhull. Bill was a 1979 graduate of Berlin High School. He had fond memories of touring the world through Future Farmers of America after high school to Thailand, Australia and Bethlehem. On June 23, 1990, he was united in marriage to Kathy Goodnature at Republican House in Ripon.

Bill worked at the Berlin Foundry for over 25 years. He owned rental property and enjoyed hobby farming, especially caring for all the animals. Bill loved music, going to concerts, hunting and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy Hockenhull; two grandchildren, Sasha and Arthur Quandt; stepson, John (Darya) Quandt; two sisters, Sue (Mike) Rhode and Janet (Kenneth) Twin; one brother, Tom Hockenhull; nieces and nephews; good friend, Javier "Javi" Dimas; and a canine companion, Biskit. Bill was preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law, Cindy Hockenhull.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, September 19, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., at Barbola Funeral Chapel in Berlin. Memorial services will be held at 5:30 p.m., with Rev. Thomas Zuehlke and Chaplain Jeffrey Dodson officiating. Memorials may be directed to Berlin High School FFA (Future Farmers of America).
