Roxann Andersen, age 73, of Redgranite passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2026. Roxy was born August 15, 1953. Daughteer of the late Elton and Dolores Standke. She graduated from Wautoma High School in 1971.
Roxann worked at Spurgeons clothing store in Berlin and then enjoyed working at Ripon Athletic from 1993 until 2018 where she happily retired after 25 years. Roxy loved get-togethers and parties and wasn’t happy unless she was the bell of the ball and the last one to leave. She most enjoyed evening gatherings at their house sitting by the bonfire with family, friends and whomever drove by and stopped in for cocktails, laughs, while her devoted husband Paul of 54 years proudly tended to the campfire. Roxy was spunky, witty and always left people laughing with her fun-loving, spirited soul. She loved heading out with her family on Black Friday in search of the best deals-and anyone who knew Roxy, knew that no one was getting ahead of her in line. She also loved working at the voting polls and talking to all the locals in town to get the latest gossip. She enjoyed going to meat raffles and would surely let everyone know when she would win. Roxy took great pride and enjoyed decorating inside and outside of the house for all holidays. She was a huge fan of old-time western movies that she watched daily and enjoyed listening to the oldies but goodies music. Roxann loved to fashionably wear colorful hats, jewelry and show off her freshly painted fingernails. Her hobbies included doing puzzles, gardening and planting flowers, cooking and baking. She truly enjoyed and proudly attended sporting and school events while her kids were growing up. She was most happy going with her daughter and husband and friends on gambling trips in Wendover and would proudly boast over “hitting the jackpot” numerous times.
Roxann is survived by her son Correy (Lisa) Andersen, daughter Brook (Jon) Daniels. She had 2 grandsons, Connor Andersen and Luke (Sara) and 2 great grandchildren (Payton and Baker).
She was preceded in death by her parents, infant brother Ronald, husband Paul Andersen and sister Beckie Markowski.
The family will be holding a celebration of life in Roxy’s honor at a later date.
