LaBonte, Jack L. Age 83, of Milwaukee. Born to Eternal Life on Thurs., Nov. 9, 2006. Survived by his loving wife, Bernice, of 63 years; 5 children, James (Renee) LaBonte, Jeffrey LaBonte, Susan Grau, John (Jaclyn) LaBonte and Jay (Kathleen) LaBonte; 9 grandchildren, Erin (David) Yarmo, Juliana LaBonte, Josh (Sheila) Grau, Jordan (Paul) Reese, Jessica Grau, Jonathan, Stephanie, Georg and Jack LaBonte; 2 great-grandsons, Ethan and Ryder Yarmo; a sister, Jean Sciotto. Also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Jack was a prominent real estate developer in both Milwaukee and Florida. He had been a major contributor to the arts, civic and social services, including board of directors of Ft. Lauderdale Museum of Art, and chairman of the board for the Baudhuin School for Deaf and Autistic Children at Nova Southeastern University Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Visitation will be held on Wed., Nov. 15, from 3-7PM, at CHURCH AND CHAPEL, 380 W. Bluemound Rd., Waukesha. Funeral Services held on Thurs., Nov. 16, at 10:30AM, at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Chapel of the Chimes, 13235 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield. Private entombment Wisconsin Memorial Park. To Renee, Jim and Juliana - It was a blessing when I returned to FTL after being away 20 years to meet Bernice and Jack. They became an important and meaningful part of my life which including becoming close friends with Renee and Jim. Joe enjoyed meeting Jack so much at one of his birthday celebrations - our thoughts are with the entire family. Jack gave so much to his community - his family must be so proud of all he did in his life. Love from Betty and Joe.
