James W. Engelbert

Engelbert, James W. Age 67 years. Began his life with the Lord and Peacefully left this world to begin his new journey on May 25,2016. Best friend and loved husband of Nancy (Nee Thomas). Cherished and loving father of Jenni (Kevin) Hesse and Kevin (Brent) Boettcher. Also survived by his loving sister, Marilee and brother, John. Further survived by other relatives and many, many long time friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Leona Engelbert. He is also survived by his beloved companions, Lilly and Casper and those who have gone before were waiting for him at the bridge. A Memorial Service will be celebrated Sunday, June 5 at 3PM AT THE FUNERAL HOME. The family will greet friends Sunday, 1PM until time of the Service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to HAWS appreciated. Jim was a Proud Eagle Scout, an avid card player and a devoted fan of the Brewers, Bears and Badgers. He was an employee of Super Sky Products until his retirement in 2011. He traveled throughout the world as their field superintendent. He was affectionately known to his friends and neighbors as the "Lawn Ranger".
