Jane Welton Meyers

Meyers, Jane Welton 78, of Laguna Nigel, CA and Pewaukee, WI, beloved wife of 54 years of John E. Meyers. Loving mother of Dave (Liz) and Ken (Kris). Grandmother to John, Kate, Maggie, Michael and Anna. Dear sister of Ralph Welton; sister-in-law to Dr. Jeremy (Mary) Meyers. She is preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Hazel (nee Farr) of Shorewood. A lifelong lover of books and libraries, she attended Shorewood High School and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she served as president of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority. She enjoyed sailing, gardening and was a devoted volunteer at the Mission Viejo Library, the League of Women Voters, various Literacy Councils and AAUW. Services will be held on Saturday, April 24, 11:00 AM, at Wisconsin Memorial Park, 13235 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield.
