Janet B. Harkness

Janet Harkness Obituary

Harkness, Janet B. Age 92, of Sun City, AZ, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2008, in Peoria, AZ. She is predeceased by her beloved Husband, Joseph "Bob" Harkness. Janet is a former Board of Director for the Cedar Lake Home in West Bend, WI. She also volunteered for the Prison Fellowship for many years. She is survived by her daughter, Janne Andresek, of Menomonee Falls, WI; son, Allan R. Harkness, of Tulsa, OK. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Philip (Sharon) Andresek, Mesa, AZ, Joan Andresek, WI, John Andresek, WI, Max Harkness, of Tulsa, OK, and Alex Harkness, of Tulsa, OK. Memorial Services will be conducted at 10 AM Friday, December 5, 2008, at Faith Presbyterian Church, 16000 N. Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ. The family suggests donations be made, in Janet's name, to your favorite charity. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Sunland Mortuary, Sun City, AZ.

My condolences to the Harkness family, your mom & dad were so special to our family. We will always love them and share many wonderful memories at this home (the kids loved the train!) and at Emmanuel UMC. Blessing to all of you.
