Janet Zellmer Obituary

Of Greenfield, WI and Rancho Mirage, CA. Passed away Mon., July 18, 2005 at the age of 70 years in Milwaukee after a valiant battle against cancer and heart disease. Dearly beloved wife of J. Russell Zellmer. Loving mother of Debbie Marshall and very proud grandmother of Casey Marshall. Daughter of the late Sally and Wilbur Gleason. Sister of the late Shirley (Harold) Clinkenbeard. Sister-in-law of Germayne Jahn and Harriet Zellmer. "Second mother" to B.J. Doyle. Special friend of Elda Zima and Bergetta LoMenzo. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends.

Services 6:00 PM Thurs., July 21 at WISCONSIN MEMORIAL PARK, Chapel of the Flowers, 132nd and Capitol Dr., Brookfield with Visitation from 5:00 PM. Private inurnment. Jan retired from Briggs & Stratton Corp. after 37 years of service. Special thanks given to the staff of Dreisbach Oncology Clinic, Rancho Mirage, CA. Memorials, in lieu of flowers, will be divided according to Jan's favorite charities by her family.

Russ, Debbie and Casey, We were so very sorry to hear of Jan's passing.

Please take comfort in knowing she is no longer in pain, or suffering in any way. She will be remembered for her vibrant personality, and her caring ways. She had many friends because she was a good friend to all. We too, will miss her.
