Jaylynn E. Ciardo

Ciardo, Jaylynn E. Jaylynn is now at rest with God. As of 2:00 am Monday July 30 2018 Jaylynn has moved on to be with her mother Amber and her grandfather. She is now at peace finally, she was a fighter battling many health issues and still bringing 12 + years of joy and happiness to our lives. Teaching us that happiness isn't always material things but is the small victories and bringing "Family" together. God bless her now and let her be free of physical challenges and triumph spiritually in a better place. In our time of pain we must realize that Jaylynn is now at rest and safe from this world we live in. We all thank you for your support and prayers over the years. Jaylynn was the loving daughter of the late "Mommy" Amber. Precious granddaughter of Cheryle and the late Joseph Ciardo. Cherished niece of Joe (Juliet) Ciardo, Holli (Tim) Fletcher, MaryJo Ciardo (Stacey Ash), and Christina Ciardo. Special cousin of Joseph, Jessica, Kayla, and Brooklynn. A very special thanks to our second family at Children's Hospital at West 5 including Dr. J. Esser, the Special Needs & Palliative Care Group, and Chaplains Eric and Reinhard for their loving care over the years. Visitation will be Saturday at Schaff Funeral Home 3:00 PM until time of memorial service 7:00 PM. She was always our angel and now she has her wings.
