Jeanette Zielesch Obituary

Zielesch, Jeanette (Nee Szatkiewicz) Jeanette Janick Zielesch, age 94, passed away of December 24, 2018 at Eagle River Memorial Hospital. She was born in Milwaukee on February 17, 1924 to her parents Frank and Cecilia Szatkiewicz. Jeanette was a resident of Franklin, Wisconsin for 25 years, and Eagle River for 10. She worked at Kohl's Department store for 11 years and retired in 1986. Jeanette also enjoyed singing in the Sweet Adeline Chorus for 20 years. She loved playing Bingo, as well as many card games. Jeanette was preceded in death by her first husband Ervin Janick; her second husband Frank Zielesch; son Gary Janick, sister Alice Kirkpatrick; brothers: Harry Szatkiewicz, Edmund Kloss and Sylvester Kloss. She is survived by her son Frederick (Carol) Janick of Conover, WI; daughters: Pauline Crawford of Michigan, Cindy (Mike) Pederson of Franklin, WI; brother Donald (Barbara) Szatkiewicz of Harshaw, WI; as well as 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 11am on January 2nd, 2019 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Phelps, Wisconisn. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
