My remembrance, I can go far back as a child more than 70 years ago. Mrs. Jean was always there for my Mom and family during difficult times. I can always remember her uplifting spirit and encouraging words to my Mom, don't let this get you down, you (we) can do this and it will get better. These words and her joyful and uplifting spirit, even when she was experiencing sad times, will always remain with me. Thank you God for sharing this beautiful lady as my Mom's best friend and friend to us kid. S issie (Patricia)

To The Family:
Our prayers and thoughts are with you.

Sister Britton was introduced into my family life through my sister (Kate Smith). Her warm spirit and smile made it very easy to love her and she became part of our entire family. She attended many of our family gatherings and if she wasn't in attendant she was truly missed. We were always looking forward to Sister Britton. She was truly a phenomenal, inspirational, beautiful woman. During conversations with Sister Britton she would always share knowledge and wisdom but yet witty
and funny remarks. She was a very special person in our lives so we have loss a love one as well. She is gone but will never be forgotten.
