Jelena Sasich Obituary

Sasich, Jelena (Nee Budisavljevic) Passed on to Eternal Life on Mon., Oct. 2, 2006 at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Milan Sasich. Dearest mother of Mile (Rose), Mirjana, and preceded by cherished Radmila. Loving grandmother of Angelina Sasich, Mirjana Uksa, Mihailo Kosanovich, and Marija Kosanovich. Fond aunt of Dr. Milos (Gordana) Budisavljevic and the great aunt to their son Nikola and daughter Ekica. Leaves behind many relatives, Kumovi and friends in the United States, Canada and Serbia. Retired employee of Patrick Cudahy Inc., from where she retained fond memories of the many fine people with whom she had worked with over the years. Special thanks to the staff of both St. Luke's Hospital (Knisley Building, fourth floor) and of the Ruth Hospice (Beloit Rd.) for the care and kindness that they showed to her during her last days on this Earth. Memorials, if so desired, may be given to St. Sava Orthodox School Building Fund. Funeral services will be held Thurs. at 1 PM at St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, S. 51st and W. Oklahoma Ave. Visitation Thurs. at the church 12 Noon until time of services. Interment Good Hope Cemetery. SCHAFF FUNERAL HOME 414-541-7533
