John Dotski Obituary

Born on the Fourth of July in 1919 in Cheboygan, Michigan. Passed away on November 14, 2004. Husband of Elizabeth (Mickowski). Father of Virgina (Eric) Reiner and Jeanette

(Norman) Martineck. Grandfather of Rachelle (Steve) Maves, Joshua (Jennifer) Reiner, Erin (Danielle) Reiner, Rebekah, Christopher and Mathew Martinek. Great-grandfather of Christina Mew and baby Maves. Survived by relatives and friends. Served in the Merchant Marine, sailed on the Great Lakes, retired from the Milwaukee Police Department, member of the St. Jude League. Memorial Mass at Our Lady of the Lakes Church in Random Lake, Wisconsin Wednesday at 12:30 PM. Commital Service at St. Adlebert Cemetery Chapel, Milwaukee Wednesday at 11 AM. Visitation at the chapel from 10 AM until time of Service. In lieu of flowers memorials to the DeTour Reef Light Preservation Society, P.O. Box 519, Detour Village, MI 49725-0519 are suggested.

My condolences to the Dotski family. John was an investment client of mine and was a great story teller with a wonderful sense of humor. I truly missed visiting John and Betty at their home after they moved from Milwaukee.
