We've lost contact with Pat Lunden (Rowland Keller), wife of John Lunden and want to call or write her. John and I met in the Navy in 1953, shared University of Michigan history and remained fast friends up to his death 4 years ago. Can anyone help?

Thought about John randomly today. Decided to look him up on the internet and came across this. I helped him move into his dream home and with odd jobs around his home as a student at Ferris. He was a wonderful person. I know I am 3 years behind on this but Just wanted to pass along my condolences as he deserves them.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of your father. Even though it was a long time ago that I knew him, I still have very fond memories of him and remember his humor, advice and wisdom. Please accept my condolences

John had the best sense of humor. I met John at Harmonicas in Class three years ago. He was always smiling. He always had a funny comment at just the right time. But my favorite memory was at a restaurant in Reed City. The Harmonicas just finished a gig and we all went to get a bite to eat. For his appetizer, he ordered deep fried oreos. I couldn't believe there even was such a thing. The waitress brought them to table. Several of us were leery as he passed them around for everyone to sample. They were delicious. We all had a good laugh. I even went so far as to make them at home and take them to John. He will be missed. Debbie Clement
