To the Sheehy family,
John was the nicest, most caring man I have ever met. He was a great inspiration, friend, and father figure to me for many years. I spent every summer playing golf with him for many years. I have many great stories to tell about our times together, and many great memories to remember him by. He is truly missed already and there will never be another like him. He will definitely be in my golfing four-some in heaven. My thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family. Till we meet again John. Love you.

To the Family, John Sheehy was a true gem, first acquainted during my Legislature days while John represented the WI Gas Co in such a diginifed manner. He was very well respected, acknowledged to be among the "elite" in his profession. More recently I often ran into John at the Ozaukee Hawthorne Hills golf course, a place we both enjoyed. Always "holding court" with the locals, but likewise concerned how I was doing in the Land of Oz. Great guy, we miss him already. God Bless John and his family.

To the Sheehy family,
John and I shared many things at Wisconsin Gas in our years together, including problems in Madison, investment advise, many great times and stories, and even a secretary . As a young attorney he always helped me navaigate the waters. And, we both were delighted to have daughters at IU and KKG. I could go on and on, but I'll simply say that I was lucky to have John be part of my work and personal life for many years. I will miss him. My prayers and condolences to all of you.
