Scott,
Your father came to my aid many times as I served on the Local and State board , all I had to do was ask. I often think of the dinner we all had on the south side of Milwaukee, Mac McManigal , you ,your Dad and Mom along with a few others were there. I was surprized that he had included me , as I was relatively new to the business, it left a lasting impression on me. He was a man of inclusion not exclusion a true gentelman.
Deepest Sympathy to you and yours.

I remember Woody as a man who always gave of himself in Service without complaint, who always had a moment to share with others and a Professional willing to share his thoughts and experiences with younger Sales Persons. May the Lord bring you close to His Love Woody!

Our industry, association and nation have lost a great counselor, citizen and friend. Woody was my mentor and role model as I became NAIFA-WI State National Committee Chair. Woody also held that position for many years. I truly respected him and we even did some joint work. We just don't have dedicated, sagacious and committed leaders like Woody these days. I had planned to attend the celebration of Woody's life, but I have had two clients die and their funerals are on Friday and Saturday which just won't allow me the opportunity. I am so sorry for the loss.

My sincere sympathy to the Woodin Family. I always loved John and think of him often as I reflect on the John H. Woodin Distingished Service Award that John presented to me back in 2000. I will treasure that bond and the many memories I have of that wonderful man.
