I can still remember how cool Kelin & Chuck thought they were because they'd played rugby in Madison. The laughs ... both with them & at them ... were plenty. They were also great times. So very sad for Kelin's family and friends. My prayers~

I remember Kelin leading the rugby songs in La Crosse way back in 1987 when he was playing for UW. I played many games with him as well as against him and I enjoyed every one. I will surely miss you. -Hosey

I met you when I started playing rugby when I was 16. You were such a massive man. Little did I know I would come to find how massive your heart was. You alway put a smile on my face, made me feel welcome, and showed me where the real love of the game resides. I will miss you big guy!

When my sons and I moved here we joined Scouting. I soon met Kelin (the Den Leader), his family, and his close friends ... they all welcomed us in and made us feel at home. I find it very difficult to put this into words ... we'll miss Kelin very much and I wish we had shared more time with him. This tragedy has left a hole in my and so many other lives.

I had met Kellin a few times at Harlequin events and on the sidelines, and he instantly impressed upon me that he was a good person, and funny, which is important. I'll never forget the afternoon / evening we spent talking about the hazards of the front row and how they compared to being from Wisconsin but in South Dakota. He also showed me how my footwork and bind worked together keep my shoulders square.

Thanks for being the loving bear of man that you were. You were a big reason why I enjoyed rugby after college, and why rugby remains a part of my life today. I'm going to miss you buddy.
