Amy & Family - I just found out about your Dad. I always remembered your parents - your mom loved to laugh and your dad had that grin but a quiet man and a hard worker. What a beautiful life they have had and a wonderful legacy. You are all in my thoughts & prayers.

Thinking about you all and wishing I was there. I have great memories of all the things our families did together, and know our parents were a huge part of that. So many funny stories I heard from my dad too about the crazy things they did to each other. Seemed like a contest all the time for the biggest lawn mower/tractor or tomato! Dear Cousins,
Your Dad was definitely one of a kind. As a kid, I found him a little intimidating (years later he told me that he had to be intimidating to keep things in line), but as an adult, I found him to be a man with an easy laugh and a great capacity to see the bright side. He and Auntie Marilyn and all of you created enduring memories for me. Peace to him and all of you.

I will forever remember all the great conversations your Dad and I had during the three short years I helped take care of him. He truly was one of the greatest men I have ever known!! He will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to the whole family.
