Lawrence "Larry" Wleczyk

Wleczyk, Lawrence "Larry","Butch" Of West Allis, passed on July 27, 2012, at age 85. Larry is survived by his wife of 64 years, Audrey; children Deborah Tess, James (Cathleen) Wleczyk and Tamara (Don) McAllister. Also survived by grandchildren Lloyd and Michael Tess; Stephen, Lauren and Kevin Wleczyk; Connor, Ian and Anna McAllister and by great- grandson Ty Strombom-Tess. Further survived by many relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Wed., Aug. 1, at WISCONSIN MEMORIAL PARK, CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES, 13235 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield, from 4:00-6:00 PM. Funeral Service celebrated 6:00 PM. Private entombment. Larry was a proud WWII veteran, who served as a Marine Tail Gunner in the Pacific Theater. After the war, he worked at the Schlitz Brewing Company and the Milwaukee Valve Company. Larry was a devoted and loving husband and father. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, a talented gardner and woodworker and had a keen interest in history.
