LeeAnn Krause Obituary

Krause, LeeAnn (Nee Haupt) Found Peace on Fri., March 8, 2013, after a long and courageous battle with leiomyosarcoma at the age of 51. She leaves behind her husband, Michael; four sons and daughter-in-law, Joshua (Gina) Dahl, Jacob Dahl, Brandon Krause and Adam Krause; grandson Tyson Dahl; parents Ed and Joanne Haupt; brother and sister-in-law, Edward (Mary) Haupt; sister and brother-in-law, Laurie (Kurt) Kujawa; mother and father-in-law Donald and JoAnne Krause; brothers and sisters-in-law Rick (Cindy) Krause and Kimberly (Shane) Leonard. Further survived by her nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her grandparents, Anthony and Evelyn Kastigar and Edward and Georgenette Haupt. LeeAnn was a Registered Nurse and was always a gentle and kind care-giver to both her family and patients. LeeAnn was a member of the Pewaukee Boat Club. Visitation Thurs., March 14, at CHURCH AND CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 380 W. Bluemound, Waukesha, from 4:00 - 6:45 PM. Funeral Service 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to ProHealth Care Foundation www.prohealthcare.org/foundation or UW Carbone Cancer Center www.uwhealth.org. A special thanks to AngelsGrace Hospice, Waukesha Memorial-Oncology Department, Dr. Peter Johnson and Dr. Paul Lemarbre for all their compassionate care given to LeeAnn and her family.

I just want to add my heart felt sympathies for you all. I went to High School with LeeAnn. We were friends and she was always so sweet. I ran into her now and then and I know this, She loved her children. I am so sorry for your loss. RIP sweet LeeAnn.
