Mr. DeBack was a most memorable teacher in my educational journey- I like to think he had a hand in me becoming a science teacher. Continuing to foster a love of the sciences in future generations - thanks Mr. DeBack!

I remember Mr. DeBack as my science teacher in 7th grade. I don't know how he handled us middle schoolers! He was a Saint.

Our Uncle Lev was a strong and loving man who wasn't afraid to be married to a strong and loving woman. His encouragement gave wings to Aunt Vivien throughout her career and life with him. Our deepest sympathies to the entire family. Uncle Lev will live in our hearts forever.

My condolences to the family. Mr Deback was a teacher of mine when I was in school. I am now 49 yrs old and still remember how he made an impact in my life. He made students love to go to science class. He was such an awesome teacher. You know the kind of teacher you remember all your life.
God Bless
