Mary Louise Bissell, age 97, of Milwaukee, WI, formally of Quincy, IL, was born to Eternal Life on January 30, 2026. Cherished daughter of both the late Ernest and Gertrude (Holtschlag) Bissell. Beloved sister of Thomas (Michie) Bissell, the late George (the late Florence) Bissell, and the late Betty (the late Peter) Christensen. Former sister-in-law of the late Jonques Bissell. Devoted aunt to Nicholas (Susan) Bissell, MaryBeth (Gene) Francis, Leigh (Melissa) Bissell, Ann (Jon) Neal, the late Monica Bissell, Luke (Parna) Bissell, John (Anna) Bissell, the late Lonnie Bissell, Melissa (Jim) Frankiewicz, the late James (Kathy) Bissell, Lance Bissell, the late Mathew (Gail) Bissell.
Mary was a parishioner of the former St. Mary's Parish in Quincy for over 80 years. She was a devoted employee of Illinois Bell, spending her entire career with the company in various cities and towns in Illinois. In her spare time, Mary enjoyed volunteering at church and throughout the Quincy community.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mary's honor may be made to Villa St. Francis, 1910 W Ohio Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215, or to St. Croix Hospice, 8825 S. Howell Ave. Suite 102, Oak Creek, WI, 53154.
Memorial visitation, Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 10:00-11:00 AM at the ROZGA FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES - ROZGA-WALLOCH CHAPEL followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM. Private inurnment at Forest Home Cemetery.
