Koscielak, Lillian R. (Nee Krszewski) Wed., Jan. 23, 2013 age 94 years. Preceded in death by her husband Eugene. Dear mother of Robert (Mary Jane) Koscielak. Grandmother of John (Jennifer) Koscielak and Jennifer Kane. Great-grandmother of: Mckenna, Georgia and Benjamin. Godmother of Kathlee (Paul) Bondar. Brother-In-Law of Richard (the late Virginia) and Dorothy (the late Robert) Koscielak. Further survived by nieces, nephews (thought the midwest) other relatives and friends. Visitation Sat., Jan. 26 after 10:00AM at. St. Adalberts Cemetery Chapel (3801 S. 6th St.) with services at 11:00AM . Private entombment St. Adalberts. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the charity of your choice.
