Lucille M. Singer

Singer, Lucille M. (Nee Kasal ) Wednesday, September 28, 2016. Age 88. Loving mother of Lynn (Robert) Stark, Gary (Pam) Singer, and Terry (Kai) Singer. Proud grandmother of Dr. Benjamin, Dr. Matthew, Christopher (fiancee Allyson), and Lauren Singer. Dear sister of Eugene. Preceded in death by her husband, Roy and brother, John. Also loved by other relatives and friends. Lucille worked in the Military Science and Art History Departments at UW-M. After retirement she and her husband moved to Shawano Lake for 10 years. Wanting to be closer to family they moved to Glendale and then settled in Grafton. She loved to work in her vegetable garden, sew, read, and knit. When her health started to fail, she moved to McKinley Place for assisted living. She enjoyed her time there and made many friends. The staff was wonderful to her. Lucille was a member of Brown Deer United Methodist Church. The family would like to thank the staff of the ER, first floor ICU, and Lawlis Family Hospice at St. Mary's-Ozaukee for the wonderful care that they all provided. In lieu of flowers memorials to the activities department at McKinley Place, W56 N225 McKinley Blvd. Cedarburg, WI 53012 in Lucille's memory appreciated. Private services will be held.
