Grandma Z was truly the sweetest, most selfless soul. She was the picturesque Grandma who spoiled me in every which way that she could. I used to love dressing up in her clothes and wearing her jewelry when I was a little girl. I can almost hear her raspy voice and joyous laugh. I wish I would've called her one more time to hear it for myself. However, I'm relieved that she is no longer in pain. Her memory will live on in our hearts forever. And if I ever have a daughter, I will name her Rose. I love you.

Marjorie was a beloved friend and mentor of my mom's as they traveled in the same circles of the Women's Club and the Christian Women's. I pray they are both enjoying the house of the Lord together as they were wonderful examples in our lives.

My condolences to your family. What a good long life she shared with you. I had the chance to visit with your Mom about ten years ago on Oak Hill Lane. My father built the house across the street from yours in 1952 and we shared many fond memories, especially of my mom and of the few years we were able to spend there. Peace be with you all. (Also to John, my son Zach lives in Flagstaff.)

Peggy and Family: I am so sorry for your loss. You were 2 years ahead of me at BEHS, and I see numerous FB posts on some of my friends' walls, so I feel as though we're 'friends.' I just want you to know I am in prayer for your family to find peace and beautiful memories as this chapter in your life physically ends. May the memories of your dear mother last all of you forever. How lucky you were to have her all this while. Be blessed by her life and love.
