Mary Kolodzyk Obituary

Kolodzyk, Mary C. (Nee Sobieszczyk) February 9, 2011, at the age of 86 years. Wife of the late Richard. Beloved mother of Renee (Greg) Hajek. Grandmother of Shannon, Jason, Jacob and Justin. Sister-in-law of Dolores Sobieszczyk. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to Aurora VNA Zilber Family Hospice. Visitation Monday at the Funeral Home from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM followed by the Funeral Service at 12:00 PM. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
