Dear Tom,
I want to extend my deepest condolences to you, Nicholas, Ryan and Coleson, as well as to Chrissy, Kathy and Michael. I was so saddened to hear of the news of Maureen's passing.
As you very well know, you and your boys were the joys and loves of Maureen's life. In my 57 years of friendship with Maureen, this is one of the many things I know is true. It's also true that Maureen had a big heart, and loved to laugh. She was a most loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister and was a sweet, dear friend with a sentimental soul.
Maureen and I met when we were 7 years old and discovered that we had the same birthday of the 26th, 3 months apart. We've been friends ever since and when we became wives and mothers, we shared all of the joys with each other through hand written notes, cards, emails/texts, occasional phone calls, and happily in more recent years, a couple of very fun get-togethers. Once we both became grandmothers, well, we had a whole new world of joy to share together.
I feel so very blessed to have had this lifelong friendship with Maureen from childhood all the way to grandmother-hood. As I think about Maureen now and always, I will forever hold my memories of her close to my heart. I will cherish always, our lifelong friendship, and I'll particularly cherish the most recent handwritten note I received from Maureen. I am keeping you all close in thought and pray that you will find peace and comfort in your memories of your dear wife, mother and sister. I know that Maureen's sentimental soul is soaring now. I'm sending my deepest heartfelt sympathies to you all.

Dear Tom and family,
I am so very sorry for your loss.
As you already know, Maureen was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend.
I truly believe she has earned her wings, beside her family members.
I cherish all of the memories I have with Maureen during our life long friendship. You see, we met at the age of 7 and have remained good friends from that day forward... So many stories... So many smiles!
I will always smile when I think of her, she touched my heart and we learned and shared many life lessons together, I am blessed to have known her for the last 57 years.
I will miss you Maureen,
but I will always look back with a smile in my heart.
Thank you for sharing her!
With my deepest Sympathy,
Debbie
