I bought my first house from Mel and Joyce over 25 years ago and was lucky to have such nice people to deal with. We've stayed in touch ever since and I always enjoyed hearing Mel's stories laced with his sense of humor, even when he faced serious health issues.
Our sympathy to his family. He will be missed by many!
