Dear Liz,

I once heard that people who influence others the most are those who live their lives like the stars in the sky - simply and unaffectedly. Those are the lives that mold and shape us. You radiate with that genuineness, undoubtedly impressed by such lives. I am deeply sorry for the loss of one of those "stars" in your life. May you and your family find the peace to continue to shine upon others.

Liz -

Although I never met your Dad, the stories you have told about him have made me feel as if I did. May those vivid memories of his life and your family's help you through this difficult time. And know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and yours.
