Our Nancy was definitely on a list of "Angels We Have Known." She had a rare and wonderful quality to see the irony and humor in a situation, no matter how dire. There is a group of us who would call her a "Purple Soul." What we mean is that she was an ancient soul who was willing to undertake tasks most of us wouldn't dream of doing in a million years. When she was the Director of Loyola Academy, she brought love and caring--not to mention a dose of tough love, at times--to all of our high school age kids. She showed me that I could teach our kids, no matter what the circumstances.
So, to you, my Nancita, I send you my hugs and love to where your are in Heaven. I will never forget you and the Lessons in Life you offered to me. -- Your buddy, Tim
