Nancy Churka Obituary
Hartford - Nancy Churka, nee Samp, passed away peacefully on Friday July 30, 2021, at the age of 78. She is the loving wife for 59 years of Thomas Churka. Dear Sister of Larry (Karen) Samp, Kenneth (Sharon) Samp and Diane Samp. Cherished Aunt of Jeffery (Elizabeth) Samp, Lisa (Tim) Cesar, Jayna (Aaron) Wojcga and Katrina (Pat) Austinson.
Nancy is further survived by other relatives and friends. The family would like to give a special thank you to Aurora Hospice team for their loving care.
A memorial gathering will be held at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home Menomonee Falls on Friday August 6th from 4:00 pm until the time of services at 6:00 pm. A private family entombment will take place at St. Mary Mother of God Cemetery.
