It was an honor taking care of Nancy at Froedtert hospital and getting to know her entire family. Your family will always be apart of my 2018 holiday season. I am truly grateful to have met the Theis family. Prayers and love from 4P staff!

Nancy has been a treasured friend for over 18 years, meeting at our home for a group Bible Study and spending many other times enjoying each other's company with our husbands, from taking a ride with them in their unique old convertible car to going down the Milwaukee River in our boat. You could feel the love and her caring spirit when ever you were in her presence. Our prayers continue for peace and comfort for her precious family. She will be greatly missed, although we know she is in the arms of her loving Savior, Jesus Christ!

Nancy and I met one beautiful spring morning. We were two moms getting out to enjoy the beauty of the day - I would find out in the years to come how much Nancy relished the outdoors. Our friendship quickly grew as we toted our two year old daughters - Alissa and Melissa to parks and pools and rummage sales in her trusty Volvo. Soon we added two sons to the mix - Sam and Zak soon became regulars too. Not long afterwards Peter and Nancy moved onto our block with their third child - Joe in tow. We treasured our friendships and became family to our old friends and new neighbors. We are blessed to have shared so much love and joy with the entire Theis family. They are all testaments to Nancy's love and devotion. Because of Nancy - We will never look at a sunset or a flower blooming the same way again. We will miss her terribly but are warmed by the stories her family has shared and by all the hysterical and loving memories we made with her.

May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times that you shared together. I will always cherish the beautiful "Tepee" tent that she made. It has provided countless hours of fun for my students. Know that you are in my prayers during this difficult time.
