Nichols, Orlanda M. "Orie" (Nee Tombari) Passed away Mon., Sept. 16, 2013, at the age of 95 years. Orlanda was born January 17, 1918. Beloved wife of the late Conrad "Connie". Dear mother of Patricia (the late James) Sanders and Nancy (Joseph) Patterson. Grandmother of Linda (Kyle) Ventela, Jeff Paterson, Joe Sanders, Ann Sanders, Rochelle (Terry) Witter, Mike (Brandi) Patterson and Joan Sanders. Great-grandmother of Rebecca, Laurie, Danielle, Bailey, Trae, Cassidy, Cade, Molly, Josh, Samantha, Jonathan and Lilly. Dear sister of Nellie (Edwin) Matusiak and sister-in-law joan Laviolette. Preceded in death by her parents Samuel and Girolama Tombari, brothers and sisters-in-law August, Edward (Mary Jane), Fred (Beatrice) and Olivio (Josephine). Also survived by other relatives and friends. Orlanda was a long time member of the Lady of Lourdes Society. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thurs. at Immaculate Conception Church (1023 E. Russell Ave.) at 11AM. Family will receive friends at church Thurs. from 10AM until time of Mass. Burial to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to Immaculate Conception Church.
