I am dreadfully sorry to hear about our family's loss, and I am even more sorry that I cannot be there to support you through this difficult time for I am going to scool in Flordia. But I will give you this advice; No matter how tough life is getting for you, don't numb the pain, don't try to forget it, just let it all out.
I remember meeting Grandma a few times, but I wish I got to have known her better.

Dear Family of Pat,
Our prayers and sympathy to you upon the death of your mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, friend. Pat was a faithful member of St. Mary Parish. When she could no longer attend, wonderful people reached out to her with Eucharist, visits, bible-sharing over the phone, and in our prayer. I had the privilege of knowing Pat for eight years. May she receive her Eternal Reward in God's embrace and in her welcome from Larry, Eric, Wayne and those who have gone before her.
