Trish,
I miss you just as I did 5 years ago. It's never gotten easier for me. I'm only happy because I didn't want to see you suffering any longer. I know that your up in Heaven enjoying yourself and keeping God busy with your many questions about life and the ever after.
I still look for the first and second stars when I can see them in the sky. One for you and one for my mom. I love you today and forever more my friend...
You're never forgotten my sweet friend.
I love you always, Carol

I didn't know, no one told me, that Trisha was gone. I am sad to hear it now. She was such a wondrous and loving person. When no one else was there, after my oldest died, Trisha was. She was always so kind and loving to me. I hope you are happy dear. I miss you.

I will always remember your light and generosity of spirit, Tricia. You held up and supported so many. Wishing the Hickman family deepest condolences and I hope that you take comfort in knowing that Tricia was one who made a difference for so many during her short stay here on earth.

Trish, although you are gone in body, I do not miss you... because you are right here with me! I will miss hearing your voice every night, but I've kept a voice mail of yours on my phone, so I'll be okay. When it is spring, hon, send some butterflies to play with Kevin, Kelley, and Kathy. Your family will always be a part of mine, and you will always be a part of me! I love you always!

If you can take a few moments out of your day to listen to a song that Trish truly loved, please do. It's called the Cherokee morning song "I am the great spirit". It's one of the most soothing songs I've ever listened to. Trish liked many different types of music, but this particular song was one of her favorites. Go Dance with the Angels my Friend

To my dear Trish,
I miss you more than I could've ever imagined. You taught me that negativity was a waste of precious energy. You taught me how to forgive myself for my mistakes in life. I know your already up there giving your maternal advice, even though it's only been 4 days since you've left this earth. We always joked about you being like a mother to me, even though you would've been much too young. In my eyes, you were the mother, sister and friend all rolled into one blessed package. May you rest in peace with your loving GOD and son JESUS. I miss you so, and I will forever love you and be indebted to you, for all the life lessons you've taught me.
