What matters most is not how long a star shines, but the brightness of it's light. We had not seen Paul in the last couple years. But when we heard of his passing, we were saddened. Our thoughts go to his family. Thanks for some great stories "Dude" man. You will be missed.

My heart goes out to you at this time and in the days ahead. Paul was my best friend and We loved each other with all of our hearts. There wasn't a day when we talked that we didn't end it with I love you. I will miss him so much, and I will always remember him and keep him close to my heart.I just can't believe my best friend is gone. Words can't explain the sadness i feel. I knew Paul since we were 17, and was one of the few lucky enough to see the true heart of gold he had deep down. My deepest sympathy goes to his entire family. I will forever remember him as one of my closest freinds.

My deepest sympathy goes out to all of Paul's family. It's a terible shock that someone so young should pass away. I am an old friend of 15 years. I currently live in Minneapolis, and last saw him in July. I will be coming down for the service on Saturday.
