Randy was a great person who genuinely cared about his friends. We worked together in early 90s and I was young and going through a tough time in life. He helped encourage me to get my life back on track and to never give up. Miss you brother!!

I am so sad and shocked to hear of Randy's passing. He was a very dear friend. He was a wonderful man.

I was sad to learn that Randy passed away. I have not talked to him since the early 90's, but my memories go back to our teens. The 50 Merc. he owned was one of the greatest cars to patrol 27th street. Gail (who dated Randy a couple of times) and I spent the weekend in Chi-town and we spoke of his passing a couple of times. He will be missed by many - new and old friends.
