Reginald Hislop Obituary

Hislop, Reginald M., Jr. Atty. Passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at age 80. Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Beverly (nee Boebel) and brother, John Hislop. Loving father of Reginald (Dianne) Hislop III and Patricia (David) Russell. Proud grandpa of Lucas Hislop. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Atty. Hislop graduated from Marquette University Law School, class of 1960. He was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors for West Allis Memorial Hospital in 1972 and served in that capacity for over 25 years. He was also recognized as West Allis Citizen of the Year in 1985 by the West Allis Chamber of Commerce. Visitation Monday, January 23, from 4:30 to 6 PM at the Funeral Home. Private interment. Special thank you to the Eberhardy family for all their loving care. Memorials in lieu of flowers to First United Methodist Church in West Allis.

Reg,Diane,Patty,Dave and Lucas, My thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time. Reg loved each and everyone of you. He was so proud of all of you. Your father was a very kind, loving, gentlemen with a great sense of humor. He passed peacefully knowing that he had done his job as a father and that it was now time for him to reunite with you mother. I will miss my friend deeply, but I will always have the memories.

Reg, Patty, Diane, Dave and Lucas, My thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time. Just remember he loved you all very much and he was proud of each and everyone of you. Your father was a very kind, loving, gentlemen with a great sense of humor. His last holiday was very special to him. You made dinner in his home and ate at his dinner table which brought back loving memories of years past. He passed peacefully knowing he was loved. Now he's with your mother and may the be happy once again. Love to you all, Diana.
