Richard Luke Obituary

Luke, Richard P. November 22, 2013. Age 92. Husband of the late Julia. Father of Allison "Sonny" Al-Bishawi and Andrea "Andy" Luke. Brother of Paul Luke. Uncle of Micaela (Gerald) Inman and Peter (Karina Peterson) Luke. Great-uncle of Grace, Annika and Svend. Many thanks to Bruce, Sharie, Theresa and Jesus. Richard served in the Army Air Force in the 570th Bombardment Squadron (heavy) and the 390th Bombardment Group (heavy). He earned 7 battle stars and was awarded 2 Presidential Citations. He retired from A.O. Smith after 32 years of service. He was a lifetime photographer and wine maker. If desired, memorials in Richards name to the 390th Memorial Museum (www.390th.org) would be appreciated. Private services were held with burial at Good Hope Cemetery.
