Richard Sabo Obituary

Sabo, Richard W. Sr. Passed away on Fri., Oct. 5, 2012, after a long and fulfilled life, at the age of 79 years. Beloved husband of Cheryl for 29 years. Loving father of Christine (Stephen) Boyle, Richard Jr. (Brenda) and Gary (Kristi) Sabo, Dawn (Mike) Palmisano and Tami Skrede. Proud grandfather of Nicole (Bill) Horstmeyer, Ryan Palmisano, Sean Boyle, Derek and Tera Sabo, Amanda Skrede and Jennifer Kitzman. Great -grandfather of Aiden Arnett, Lilli and Vanni Palmisano and Ava Horstmeyer. Also loved and survived by other relatives and friends. Dick was a proud veteran of the US Army and a longtime member of AMVETS Post 61. He was a retiree of Cutler-Hammer-Eaton Corp. after 42 years of dedicated service. Dick was an avid hunter, fisherman, golfer and bowler, but most of all, he enjoyed his family. Visitation will be held on Sun., Oct. 14 from 10:00AM until time of service at 12NOON at WISCONSIN MEMORIAL PARK, CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES, 13235 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield. Private entombment. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the AMVETS Post 61 appreciated.

Grandpa, (baba) not a day goes by that i dont think of you. I sure do miss our talks and try and carry your advice with me through every journey of my life. Lord only knows how i wish my girls got to meet you. But i know you are watching over us always.

Uncle was always there for me during happy and some pretty sad times in my life. I always looked forward to our talks. He made me laugh and was full of life. We should all celebrate his life and all the loving memories he has left with each and every one of us. He will be greatly missed by all whose lives he has touched.
