Robert Jokisch Obituary

Jokisch, Robert Sr. "Bob" Passed away peacefully Thursday, October 19, 2006. Age 88. Preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Agnes (nee Ries) Jokisch; sisters, Dorothy Brennan, Elaine Lauer, Laverne Pfeifer; brothers, Tom and Richard Jokisch. He is survived by his long time companion Barbara Hankovich; his children, Ramona Royle, Christine (Burk) Tower and Robert (Linda) Jokisch Jr., their mother Martha Stewart; 10 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. Also loved by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial Gathering at the Funeral Home Monday, October 23, 10-11:15 AM. Memorial Service at 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in Robert's name. Bob was employed as an architect both in Kansas and Wisconsin, most recently at Plunkett, Keymar, Reginato. Bob was involved with many organizations including Knights of Columbus, Moose Lodge, and past commander of the VFW-Electric Post. He started the Latinaires Dance Club and was also active with other dance clubs. A special thank you to LindenGrove and Odyssey Hospice for their compassionate care. Dear Barbara,
We was saddened to hear that Bob had passes away. He certainly was a delightful person and we (Cindy, Paul & I) have great memories of him. Please give our condolences to Martha and his children.

My deepest Sympathy to you Barbara and the entire Jokisch family. Bob was a man of great insight and a passion for detail. That was evendent in his work at PKR now Plunkett Raysich. His fun loving attitude made him a pleasure to be arround. Thank you for calling me last week to notify us. Bob surely will be missed.
