Dear Esther,
My name is Julie Drollinger and my family owns the cottage next door to yours in Mercer. I wanted to tell you how much my family will miss Bob and how sorry we are that we could not attend the funeral. We all (especially my dad) have good memories of Bob and he will be greatly missed by all of those who love him. I hope you find strength in those memories and always remember how lucky we all are to have had Bob in our lives. My family is thinking about you and is there for you if you ever need anything. Take Care, Julie Drollinger

Aunt Ester, I was saddened to hear of Uncle Rob's passing. He was an inspiration to me during a rough time early in my life. I always remember his smile and uplifting spirit. I know that Uncle Rob is now with Mom, Jim and the others and is at peace.

Hello dear Esther, Janis, Bobby and families...I will see you later today but I know how busy you will be so wanted to send a message. I am saddened to hear that Bob has passed over. I remember so well how he also made me laugh a lot... when we were kids and when I last saw him at Bliffert. He told me the story about falling "on" the ladder and you all know the punchline! Bob and Esther were always so nice to us kids and I have wonderful memories of visiting your house on 68th Street. Be safe all and I will hug you and of course prayers are with you all. Much love, Dav'ne

Ester:
I was saddened to hear about Bob passing away. I know it has been quite sometime since I have seen both of you but I still remember your faces like it was yesterday. Both of you have been great to our family and as a child that is something I will never forget. I will never forget how Bob used to make us Konicke kids laugh. I will keep him in my memories with that thought.
My condolence goes out to you and the rest of the family.
