Dad,
There is not a day that goes by that I am not thinking about you and missing you more than words can say. The memories that I have of you will always live on in my heart. I pray that you have found rest and peace with the Lord.

Dear Dad,
Today is our 50th Birthday and I know Dad, that you are looking down upon Kevin and I, wishing us both a "Happy Birthday". Thank you for the 49+ years we had together and for everything you have done for us, (playing football in the street, playing catch with the baseball, teaching us good sportmanship, getting up at 4:00 a.m. to help deliver the Sunday Journal, being involved with scouts, our yearly vacations, and much much more).
Dad, you taught us a lot about life, love, and the importance of family, all of which I will always value.
As I promised you, I will take care of MOM.
I will miss you and always love you.
Your loving Son,
Ken

We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your special Dad and Grandfather, Robert. He was the best popcorn maker in concessions and such a hard worker. We had no idea that he was ill. Please accept our Sympathy. Our thoughts and Prayers are with you. I am sure he is looking down from heaven now and watching over you all. God Bless you all. Sincerely Marie, Bill and Sarah Dobrinska

Gloria, Stephen & Mary, John & Debbie, John & Annette, Kevin & Donna, Kenneth & Patty and all 12 grandchildren:
After spending time at Bob's memorial I just want to express to each and every one of you what a beautiful family you are. I witnessed such genuine love and compassion from each of you toward one another. Not all families have that. Paul and I created that in our little family and our girls and their families have that same kind of love. I lost Paul 7 years ago unexpectedly, but I can guarantee that God can and will heal your broken hearts. Stay close to Jesus, He understands your grief and will comfort you. Gloria, as I said last night, God blessed you with 56 years of life with Bob and Bob left you with his very best - those 5 kids and their beautiful families. Praise Him!

Dear Aunt Gloria, Stephen, Debbie, John, Kevin & Kenneth,
I have waiting to write this until I knew the mass would be starting for Uncle Bob. I just want to let you know that you have been in my thoughts and prayers since I heard about Uncle Bob’s passing. I have always loved all of my Aunts and Uncles since as long as I can remember. I have many wonderful memories (especially the sleepovers at your house Aunt Gloria), they were always fun! I lit a candle for Uncle Bob this morning at mass and would love to make a contribution to his favorite charity if someone in the family will let me know. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with each and everyone of you in this time of great loss. I apologize for not being there with you tonight. God Bless All of You!

Gloria: sorry we can't be with you at this sad time. Toni was good enough to call us on Monday and let us know what had happened. Also, we called twice. The second time I got Debbie who was gracious enough to relate what had happened. Our hearts and prayers go out to all of you, and to you a special hug and love.

Debbie and family,
I don't know where to begin or what to say. I loved your Dad like my own and so enjoyed working with him in concessions. To say he will be missed just isn't enough words. My love to you and your family, especially Mandy. You are in my prayers. Kathie Fink

Boppa~ there are few words to describe how wonderful of a person you are and the influence you have had on my life in such a short amount of time! You are the man that your sons admire and your grandsons aspire to be. Your dedication and determination in life is contagious and I truly feel blessed to have been associated with being your ‘granddaughter in-law’! I know you are smiling down on everyone now and you should be proud of how strong and close your family is and has been. Until we meet again~ I love you

Dear Gloria and Family,
Please accept our deepest sympathies on your loss of Bob. In the years that we were involved in Holy Name together we really enjoyed you and Bob and fun times (and the difficult times too). We will miss Bob very much. We know that he is with God and watching over all of us and that is good for him. Rely on your faith to get you through the pain of the loss and the difficult days ahead.

Dear Mrs. Gloria Simms and Family of Mr. Robert Simms,
Patti McCarthy Simms is a former Gr. 7 student of mine, who has kept in touch with me. Kindly accept my deepest sympathy, upon the death of your loved one. I will pray TO Mr. Simms, who now enjoys his reward in heaven, after being a faithful servant of God, while on earth. He continues loving you, praying for you, and taking care of you in a special way. What a wonderful example he has been to all who knew and loved him! May he rest in peace. Amen.
Do take time to grieve, for tears are healing. Remember that Jesus wept, when His friend Lazarus died. He knows how all of you are feeling.
May your deep Faith give you comfort and peace, as you accept this loss in your life, knowing he is enjoying God, face to face; also being reunited with those he loved, who went before him. He is enjoying an eternal Easter of new life!
God bless all of you!

Gloria,
I am so sorry for your loss. I fully understand how intense this loss is for you. Marriage is the only relationship where God has made the two one flesh, so when one is taken the pain is all encompassing. I am always available for you and I truly understand and grieve for you. God alone can heal the broken heart - let Him comfort you always.

I love you so much Boppa. I can't even explain how much I am going to miss you. I would do anything to have you back just long enough to hear you whistle, watch Brewer and Packer games with you, have you explain old movies to me, play Cash-Cab with you, do yard work with you, or just to hear you call Amanda your precious little angel.
I can't even begin to tell you how much of a positive influence you have had on me in my 24 years, and how you have helped shape me into the person that I am today. You are without-a-doubt, the best human being that I will ever know. Though it pains me so much to see you go, I know that you are in a better place right now watching over all of us. I will always feel your warm presence and kind-heartedness with me and I will do all that I can to continue to make you a proud grandfather. I love you so much Boppa; I will always be inspired to become a great and honorable man just like you.
Please give Sherman a nice big hug and scratch behind the ear for me!
- Love, Mike
