I met Rosemarie through AFSCME when I was working for Milwaukee County. She always listened when you had a problem and would do her best to help you, even if it was just to talk. I grew to respect her highly. After she retired she also started me in my new business venture the YTB. I will always miss her advise and her bright smile.

Even though I found out that Rosemarie was my cousin late in life it was as though I knew her all my life. She was outgoing and down to earth in everything she did. She was the historian of the Ware family and she will be truly missed.

May the peace of God that passes all understanding guard your hearts and minds during this time in your life. May the McDowell Family look to the LORD for strength, healing, and memories of a woman who gave so much of herself for the betterment of Milwaukee County Employees. She was truly a gift to all who knew her. I pray that the LORD keeps the McDowell Family now and forever in HIS grace.
