FFFFFFFEEEEEEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!I can remember everyone hollarin'that on the EAST when you rolled by; and you hollarin' it back! Everyone loved you and we always will... You was a true kid at heart, cuz you had a heart of gold. God bless you and your fam. And even though I've been gone from the Mil for a grip; it seems like yesterday we was clownin' on the strip.

Feo, you were and will ALWAYS be the heart of the East Side. A true East Side Legend. Your positive spirit will live on for a life time. You impacted so many people in such a good-hearted way. Ruben you will be missed,Especially in the streets,your big throaty voice,your big pipa as I used to call it., You were a goof ball. You did quite a bit of painting in this neighborhood,for that alone you will not be forgotten. Ruben, you touched many lives in our community either by your painting services or your great sense of humor, you were loved by many people..and your parting is very sad to many of us, we will never forget you.....Now who is going to hang our big Puertorrican Flag on Holton St?
