We have many treasured memories of RuthMary, especially sitting on her white swing in her front yard surrounded by her bountiful flower garden. When we were married in 1978, RuthMary gave us an assortment of bulbs for our yard as a wedding present. Every year we would enjoy fresh cut tulips, daffodils, hyacinths and crocus in our home. She was truly a gentle soul - we will miss her.

Dear Bea,
My sister saw your mom's obituary, and I was able to read it online. I have such fond memories of her and all the good times we had at your house. My mother always said that she was "such a lady." She certainly was! My sympathy goes out to you and your family, and I know that you will have a wonderful celebration on Thursday.

I remember RuthMary saying that she liked a quote by Eleanor Roosevelt :
"My friends are my estate".
That is so true about her. She was such a dear friend of my mother. We will all miss her.

Ruth Mary was my role model. She was always so positive about people, experiences and never negative. I will always remember and look up to her. I am so sorry we will not be able to attend the memorial service but she is in our thoughts.
