We never had the opportunity to work with your father at Delco, but he was always quick to say hello with that huge smile of his when we would pass in the hallway.

Dedra Thaylan and Aunt Yvonne, I know that you are going through a difficult time..but know that God sees your tears and knows your heart. Hold onto and cherish the memories. He was a blessing to me doing these last months of his life.Every time I visited with him he always had a smile and a kind word for me, he made me laugh when sometimes I wanted to cry. What can anyone say about Sam? When I think of Sam, I remember some of the best times working at Delco! He was such a great guy, always had a kind word and made the days better just by being Sam. He was the only man I know that could come to work in a factory wearing all white and go home cleaner than he came in! Fondly remembering Sam and knowing he will surely be missed. Rest in Peace my friend!!
