Shirley Sherry Obituary

Sherry, Shirley (Nee Hankins) was born to Carroll and Leola Hankins on the family farm in Readstown, WI on May 8, 1933 and passed away at age 85 on June 26, 2018. She married her best friend, Sigurd, on February 14, 1952. She was preceded in death by her sons Arlen and Carroll; sisters Vivian, Claramae, and Carolyn; and infant brother, Carroll Jr. She is survived by her beloved husband Sigurd; children, Greg (Janice), Kathy (Richard), Eugene, and Mary (Rich); 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sister Rosemary (Orland); and brother Andybill (Rhonda). A memorial talk will be given at 2 PM Saturday, July 7, at the Kingdom Hall, 12165 W. Layton Ave, Greenfield, WI 53228. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Worldwide Work or JDRF.org appreciated.

Dear Sigurd & Family,
Please accept my condolences on your heartbreaking loss. I remember Shirley's love of life and her passion for serving her Creator, Jehovah. Soon her sleep will be over and her distinctive voice will be heard again.
